My Purpose

Building or understanding a business can feel overwhelming when every website focuses on a different strategy, software platform, or marketing tactic. I created this library to connect those pieces into one organized educational resource.

My goal is to help you understand the complete business system—from how a business creates value and earns revenue to the operational functions that keep it running.

Who Created This Library

I’m Ken George II, the creator of AllInOne Digital Reference Library. I’ve spent much of my life learning how things work, building and fixing things, and sharing what I’ve learned with others. Today, I bring that same approach to websites, digital marketing, and connected business systems.

When I was about 16, an older gentleman I worked with taught me a lesson that has stayed with me: when you share your knowledge, a little piece of you continues through what someone else learns and passes along. That belief is one reason I build educational resources that people can use, whether or not they ever become customers.

I joined BizStackPro on August 28, 2024, as a founding member. I use it to build and maintain this library, the independent AllAboutBizStackPro Help Center, and my personal website. AllInOne is my way of making broader business concepts and systems easier to explore, alongside the practical work I do with the platform.

Why This Library Exists

Many people understand individual tools, but struggle to understand how those tools work together inside a real business.

I wanted a place to organize that knowledge into practical educational resources. Through this library, I explain how businesses are structured, how they operate, and how modern technology supports those operations.

How Business Models and Business Functions Work Together

Every business model depends on business functions to operate successfully. For example, a Service Business, Membership Business, Ecommerce Business, Software Business, Directory Business, and Buyer Guide Business may all use websites, CRM systems, email marketing, automation, payments, analytics, and customer support—even though they generate revenue in different ways.

Understanding both the business model and the business functions provides a much clearer picture of how a business actually operates.

How Digital Tools Fit In

Once you understand the business functions you need, you can evaluate the tools that support them. I encourage you to consider what you want to build, what needs to connect, and what help you want while learning to use those tools.

I often reference BizStackPro because I use it to build and maintain my own websites and business systems. It combines tools for websites, CRM, marketing, automation, scheduling, payments, memberships, and other business functions. Its membership also includes internal teaching, onboarding, community, and live help.

I explain the business concepts here so you can understand what a tool is meant to accomplish. When considering BSP, I recommend looking at its teaching, community, and guidance alongside the tools, your budget, and what you want to build.

From Understanding the Business to Building It

I see these resources serving different needs. AllInOne explains the broad business models, systems, functions, and terms. BizStackPro provides the tools and more personal guidance through its member teaching, live questions, support, and community. My AllAboutBizStackPro Help Center provides instructions when you need help with a specific task.

You can read my library, review, and Help Center without a BSP account. Using the platform and accessing its internal member resources requires joining. I maintain my educational sites independently; BSP provides its own member teaching, community, and support.

My purpose here is education first. I want to provide practical explanations that help you understand how businesses work and make informed decisions about the systems you need.
